Use of this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

No Therapist-Client Relationship

Submitting a contact form, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, or otherwise communicating through this Site does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship is established only after:

  • An initial consultation or intake has occurred, and

  • Both you and Oak and Magnolia Therapy have agreed in writing to begin services

If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room, or contact your local crisis hotline.

Telehealth-Only Services & Geographic Limitations

Oak and Magnolia Therapy provides telehealth-only mental health services.

Services are available only to individuals who are physically located at the time of service in states where the clinician is licensed, which currently include:

  • Illinois (IL)

  • Iowa (IA)

  • Wisconsin (WI)

By using this Site or requesting services, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure you are physically located in one of these states at the time of any telehealth session. Services cannot be provided to individuals located outside these states.

Information on this Site does not guarantee the availability of services in your location.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Oak and Magnolia Therapy and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
